How does it usually run in many companies...
Often leads are tracked which never become a customer and others which need only a little more "care" are ignored and get old or are treated wrongly or not at all.
A lead is given to many partners and the margins are evaporated automatically and all parties bring in money.
The impact is often - too much effort for insufficient success - and no one knows the exact reasons, since leads are often "given o everybody around" and no one is really responsible.
Then usually in sales and marketing the shout becomes aloud: We need more leads!
And in most cases this isn’t the right way.
The result is: Even more money and effort, even more stress internally and externally, and the success is inefficient which leads also to further frustration between sales and marketing.
In general this means: More contacts, more approach and less quality in the information, and no one who can really gather the leads.

So what now?
LeadEngine® is a web-based application for managing all sales-relevant actions and information such as addresses, contact persons, contacts, appointments, status and leads from interested parties and customers.
LeadEngine® supports the sales process from the lead to the completion of a project and allows taking care of the customers even after a deal.
This basic functionality will be supplemented by a contact, activities, and report management. The system and its functionality are always adaptable to the needs of the own company.
Special attention is paid to the team work. On one hand all users are managed through a role-based rights management which assigns the CRM functionality to each individual user and fixes exactly to which information he has access to. On the other hand there are numerous functions which develop the teamwork.
These include for example automated features for notification of events, leads or the common alendar.
